WHY VANUATU?

Vanuatu has a wonderful charm and is fascinating to explore. Jointly ruled by the French and British until the early 1980’s and formerly known as the New Hebrides, Vanuatu has emerged keeping it’s Melanesian traditions intact whilst the influence of it’s Colonial period is very evident. This makes for a charming blend of the ancient, traditional and the modern.

You’ll fly to Vila located on a picturesque harbour setting where village markets, French patisseries, bars and restaurants line the waterfront. The warm hearted Melanesian people speak their local Bislama language and usually French and English too! Whilst this little slice of the South Pacific is very scenic, it’s very compact too.

You will travel each morning with your Ni Vanuatu tour guide (means ‘of Vanuatu’) to explore the sights and scenery, taking a behind-thescenes look at the local life and the very unique culture. The afternoons are usually free to enjoy the facilities of the lovely Le Lagon Resort. This is a great holiday option for those who like a mix of sightseeing and relaxation with a small group.
