TUESDAY
Brisbane passengers arrive in the evening
WEDNESDAY
Melbourne passengers arrive early
morning. Sydney passengers arrive early
evening. Brisbane and Melbourne
passengers have a free day to relax.
Evening Welcome Function to meet your
tour guide and fellow passengers.
THURSDAY
Visit market gardens of orchids and
anthuriums, morning tea in a private
home with antique collection. Travel to
Coral Coast for lunch at a lovely coastal
resort. Visit an Eco Park housing Fiji's
endangered and indigenous flora and
fauna. Evening dining at a seaside
restaurant.
FRIDAY
Learn about the produce at the Nadi
markets. Visit the employees in a local
factory. Morning tea in Nadi township
with time for shopping. Lunch at Denarau
resort. Visit a Fijian secondary school.
Traditional Fijian dinner and cultural show
this evening.
SATURDAY
Today we take a short boat trip to an
island for a tropical barbecue lunch. Take
a swim or relax under a shady palm tree.
Learn from the Fijian people how to husk
a coconut and make some handicrafts.
This evening dinner will be at our hotel.
SUNDAY
Morning visit to a village to join their
church service and hear the beautiful
singing. Visit one of the country's best
cultural centres to learn about Fiji's history.
Lunch and cultural entertainment. Evening
Captain Cook Sunset Dinner Cruise.
MONDAY
Walking tour of private orchid gardens
with South Pacific's largest collection of
orchids. Travel to Lautoka, a large
township, port and hub of some of Fiji's
major industries. Morning tea and talk
from local identity on history. Tour the
town to see the major sights. Lunch at
Waterfront hotel. Afternoon visit to Fiji's
oldest village. Farewell dinner at our hotel.
TUESDAY
Depart on homeward bound flights to
Sydney, Brisbane and Melbourne and
beyond or take our great extension
packages with Captain Cook Cruises or to
The Warwick Resort with a day trip to the
capital city of Suva. See pages 4, 5 and 6.
